Stevie Davis Obituary

Steven 'Stevie' Davis, 56, of Ringtown, passed away Wednesday, April 7th, 2021, surrounded by his family at the Lehigh Valley-Cedar Crest Hospital in Allentown.

Stevie was born in Camp Lejeune, NC on August 13, 1964, a son of the late Marian (Shafransky) Davis.

He attended North Schuylkill High School and was currently employed by the Blaschak Coal Company, where he was a member of the United Mineworkers of America.  Stevie was a talented welder and mechanic, who enjoyed working on cars.  He could also be found working on home improvement jobs in the local area.  

An avid hunter and fisherman, he was a member of the Shenandoah Fish and Game Club.

Stevie loved spending time with his friends, family and his companion, Ramona.

In addition to his mother Marian, Stevie was preceded in death by his grandparents, Anthony and Myrtle Shafransky, along with aunts and uncles.

He is survived by two sisters, Gayle, wife of Gene "Whitey" Miller, of Ringtown; and Darlene, wife of Joe Michalik, of Shenandoah; his companion, Ramona Panzarella, of Ringtown; and a son Jacob Donelson, of Ringtown.

Nieces, Angela Miller and Molly Michalik and nephew Gene Miller, Jr., also survive, along with an extended family of good friends.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a viewing from 5 to 8 PM on Sunday, April 11th,  at the Stauffer-Breznik Funeral Home, 412 West Main Street, Ringtown.  Stevie will be laid to rest during private family services in St. Mary's Cemetery, Ringtown.
