Sandra Truhan, 83, a resident of Zion Grove, passed away peacefully on March 26th, 2026 at the Forest Hills Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Weatherly, where she was currently residing.
Sandra was born in Shenandoah on January 9, 1943, a daughter of the late Emil and Evelyn (Geise) Shank. She was a graduate of the former Ringtown High School, and was retired, having been employed by the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board.
In addition to her parents, Sandra was preceded in death by her husband, Ronald "Rocky" Truhan in 2021, a son, John Navitsky Jr., a granddaughter Brittany Zelinsky and a great granddaughter, Aadilyn.
Sandra is survived by her children, Eugene Zelinsky and his wife Arlene; Dean Zelinsky; and Lori, wife of Thomas Campanicki. Three grandchildren, Ashley, wife of Mike Lovett, Thomas Campanicki, and Gianna Campanicki along with two great granddaughters, Nora and Olivia.
She is also survived by a sister, Shirley Ingram, and by niece and nephews.Sandra will be laid to rest alongside her husband Rocky at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery in Annville, during private services.
Memorial donations in lieu of flowers are asked to be made to either the Ringtown Area Library or the Ruth Steinert Memorial SPCA, in memory of Sandra.
