Obituary
Roanna J. Laudeman, 59, of Ringtown, passed away Friday at Geisinger Medical Center, Danville.
Born at Bloomsburg Hospital, Dec. 18, 1955, she was a daughter of the late Charles and Reta Moyer Kreischer.
A 1974 graduate of Southern Columbia High School, she last worked in the local retail sales industry.
She was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church, Ringtown, and belonged to Ringtown Valley Fire and Rescue Company and the former Union Township Fire Company.
She loved spending time with her family and friends at the beach in lower Delaware.
Roanna was a loving wife, mother and grandmother and is survived by her husband of 34 years, Jerry Laudeman, Ringtown; daughter, Jill, wife of Chase Lowman, Maryland; and granddaughter, Elaine, and was currently expecting the arrival of another grandchild. She is also survived by two brothers and a sister.
A funeral service will be held at at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Stauffer-Breznik Funeral Home, 412 W. Main St., Ringtown. Roanna's family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday and from 10 to 11 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Interment will take place in St. John's Cemetery, Ringtown, following the service. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Roanna's name can be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital , 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
