Leroy Mourer, 79, a resident of Ringtown, passed away peacefully on Friday, March 1, 2024.

Leroy was born on August 9, 1944, a son on the late Lee and Dolores (Sherman) Mourer.

An avid outdoors person, he enjoyed hunting and fishing, along with spending time with his family.

Leroy was retired from the Tyco Plastics in Ringtown, having been a long time employee for the company since its inception as Yankee Plastics, then Mr. Hanger, A&E Products and finally Tyco.  He also recently worked for the Union Township Road Crew.

In addition to his parents, Leroy was preceded in death by his sister, Phylis Deebel.

He is survived by his wife of 45 years, Diane (Matsko) Mourer, and thier children, David, Leroy and Ellen, and by his granddaughter, Rena.

His brother Lee and his sister Faye Recla also survive.   As per Leroys wishes, no public services will be held.

The Stauffer-Breznik Funeral Home is assisting Leroy;s family during their time of need.
