Elsie M. Floray, 93, of Hazleton, PA, passed away peacefully on Friday morning , November 15th 2024 at the St. Luke's Medical Center Halzeton Campus.

Born on October 11, 1931, to the late Harvey and Effie Graham, Elsie lived a life devoted to family. As a proud mother of eight children, she created a home where love flourished and memories were made. Married to a World War II veteran, Elsie exemplified resilience, and unwavering dedication to her family.

Elsie was a homemaker who found joy in the simple pleasures of life-dancing, laughing, and cherishing moments spent with her children. Her strength left an indelible mark on all who knew her.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her beloved husband Charles Raymond Floray; daughters Sharon Jambeter and Valerie Davis; brothers Herbert and Richard Graham; and sister Doris Perks.

She is lovingly remembered by her surviving children: sons Charles Floray and Harvey Floray; daughters Cynthia Weikel, Barbara Floray, Marlene Nagel, and Lorraine Nagel; as well as her many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, extended family, and dear friends. Her legacy of love, laughter, and family will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew her.

A funeral service to celebrate Elsie's life will be held at 8pm on Thursday, Nov 21st at Stauffer-Breznik Funeral Home, 412 W. Main St., Ringtown, PA. Family and friends are welcome to gather for visitation from 7 p.m. until the time of the service.
