Barbara Ann Bova, 80, of Ringtown,  passed away Monday, March 26th, 2018. Barbara was born in Locustdale, on July 22, 1937, a daughter of the late Ruth E. Brassington and George R. Matski. Barbara was retired, having last worked as a driver for ZImmerman Busing.  She was a member of the former Our Lady of Mt Carmel Church in Shenandoah. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister Ruth Knerr and a son, John. She is survived by her husband of 60 years, John J. Bova of Ringtown and by a daughter, Rose Marie Stravinsky, of Ringtown; a brother George Matski, of Schuylkill Haven; and two sisters, Donna Kline and Sandy Dormar, both of Mt. Carmel. She is also survived by 2 grandchildren, Dalton and Shaunna Stravinsky. Private services will be held according to Barb's wishes.
