Obituary
Alberta Urban, 89, of Ringtown, passed away Sunday while a guest at Shenandoah Manor Senior Living Community.
Born in Ashland, Jan. 21, 1925, she was a daughter of the late Joseph and Elizabeth Milosh Kosachunis.
She was a lifelong homemaker.
Alberta was a member of St. Mary Roman Catholic Church, Ringtown.
She will be remembered for her kindness and generosity.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Martin "Marty," in 1998; son, Thomas, in 1996; sister, Ann Zakarezicz; and brother, Leonard Kosachunis.
She is survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
Relatives and friends are invited to meet at 10 a.m. Tuesday at St. Mary's Church, North Center Street, Ringtown, where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated. Alberta will be laid to rest in the parish cemetery immediately following the Mass. Memorial donations may be made to St. Mary's Memorial Fund, P.O. Box F, Ringtown, PA 17967.
