Aadilyn Jessica Forker was born on Sunday in Danville and became an angel on Thursday at the age of four days.

She will be dearly missed and in the hearts of her parents, Brittany Zelinsky and Derreck A. Forker, Ringtown, along with her family, paternal grandparents, Todd and Deborah Forker, Mahanoy City; maternal grandparents, Dean Zelinsky and Gina Hart, fiancee of Lenny Margaritondo; paternal great-grandparents, Cathy and John Leso and Virginia Crossley; maternal great-grandparents, Elaine and Robert Paskanik and Sandra and Ronald Truhan; great-great-grandmother, Alice Rumbel; aunts, uncles and cousins. She is also survived by her godparents, Theresa Fletcher, Gianna Campan icki, Maxx Kostingo and Joel Stephany Jr.

A funeral service will be held at 7:30 p.m. Monday at Stauffer-Breznik Funeral Home, 412 W. Main St., Ringtown. Relatives and friends may visit with Aadilyn's family from 6 p.m. until the time of the services Monday. More information and directions are available at www.ringtownfuneral.com.
