Raymond Reinoehl, 43, of 469 Lincoln Drive, Wernersville, a former resident of Girardville, passed away Friday, January 18th after a heroic battle with cancer.
Raymond was born in Ashland, PA on March 28, 1964. He was a 1982 graduate of North Schuylkill High School and was a member of St. Joseph's Church in Girardville,.
He was employed as machinist for Deka, in Lyons, PA.,
Ray was an avid sports fan, and enjoyed working out and riding his motorcycle. He has a great love for his friends and family and also for his three dogs, Harley, Duke and Packer.
Raymond is survived by his father, Raymond L. Reinoehl, and his companion, Shirley Buhl of Mowry along with his mother, Ida Mae Canavan, and her friend, Jim Pitts, of Girardville.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his fiancee, Amy Reinhart, and her parents, Carl and Penny Milligan, all of Wernersville. Two sisters, Cindy Donmoyer of Girardville and Mary Hertz of Pottsville, survive as do three brothers, Tim Reinoehl of Ringtown., Michael Reinoehl of Germanville and Stephen Reinhoel of Lititz. Aunts and Uncles survive along with 14 nieces and nephews. He was also expecting the arrival of a great nephew.
Relatives and freinds are invited to attend A Mass of Christian Burial at St. Joseph's Church, West Main Street, Girardville, at 11 AM on Wednesday, January 23rd, with Rev. Gregory Karpyn officiating.
A viewing will be held on Tuesday evening from 6-9 PM at St. Joseph's Church, West Main Street, Girardville.
Interment will be at St. Joseph's Cemetery, Ft. Springs immediately after the mass.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations are asked to be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital, Philadelphia, PA.
