Joyce K. (Clark) Mehalick

Joyce K. Mehalick, 84, a former resident of Oneida, currently residing in Morrisville, PA, passed away Tuesday, June 6th, 2017.

Born in Hazleton,  on May 15, 1933, she was a daughter of the late Edith (VanBlargan) and Charles  Clark.

She was a graduate of the former East Union Township High School in Sheppton and moved to the  Philadelphia area in the 1950's.  There, she raised her family and then worked as a secretary,  retiring from the Wells Fargo Bank.

She enjoyed plastic canvas crafts and cooking and she was fond of adopting dogs, of whom her latest rescue, Abby survives.

Joyce was preceded in death by her husband,  Andrew G. Mehalick; a son, Mark Mehalick; and three sisters, Elizabeth Clark, Janet Lescowitch and Joan Bartell.

She is  survived by her son, Russell Mehalick, Morrisville; a niece, Donna Monkoski, Drums; and a sister, Gloria (Jean) Corra, of Oneida, along with an extended family and close friends.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 10th from 9-11 AM at the Stauffer-Breznik Funeral Home, 412 West Main Street, Ringtown, followed by a Memorial Service and Interment at St. John's Memorial Park in Ringtown.

In accordance with Joyce's wishes, flowers are discouraged and memorial contributions asked to  be made in her memory to Bucks County SPCA PO Box 277 Lahaska, PA 18931.
