Jeremy G. Colosimo, 28, of Weston Place, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, October 6th, 2016.
Jeremy was born in Pottsville, on January 7, 1988, a son of Margaret (Tobin) Getz, of Weston Place and the late James Colosimo.
He worked as a sanitation engineer for County Waste and was a former employee of New Boston Contracting.
Jeremy was a member of Divine Mercy Parish and a fan of the Washington Redskins.
In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by a brother, Michael Getz, Jr. in 2005.
Jeremy is survived by a daughter, Kaydence Colosimo, of Shenandoah, and by two sisters, Dr. Michelle Getz and her husband Kim Leonarczyk of Panama City, FL and Jamie, wife of Joseph Vorce of Hawaii. He is also survived by two brothers, Mark Getz, and his wife Kelly, of Shenandoah and James Colosimo, of Shenandoah.
Four nieces Kira and Aubrey Getz, Madison Leonarczyk, and Naia Vorce and two nephews, Dylan Getz and Gavin Vorce also survive.
The Msgr. Ronald Bocian will conduct a Scripture Service at the Stauffer-Breznik Funeral Home, 412 West Main Street, Ringtown, at 5 PM on Sunday, October 9th, 2016. Relatives are invited to attend a viewing from 3-5 PM prior to the service Saunday afternoon.
Interment will take place at St. Casimir's Cemetery, Shenandoah Heights, at 1:30 PM Monday afternoon.
